Private Parties

Private parties are a great reason to gather your friends for a night of fun! Team Building, Bridal Shower, Birthday Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Girls Night Out, or Just Because -- all are great reasons to reserve your next get-together at Bottle & Brush Art Bar.


Call today or send us an email to book your private event, dates fill quickly!  Here are some important details about our private parties:

  • ​Private parties may be scheduled at anytime except during regularly scheduled classes.
  • There is a four person minimum during regular hours.  A deposit of $70 is due at the time of reservation and will be applied towards the total cost of the party. 
  • If you want to host a private party outside of our normal days or hours, a 10 person minimum applies.  A deposit of $175 is due at the time of reservation and will be applied towards the total cost of the party. 
  • You choose the image for the event.  If you want a custom image, we can create one for an additional cost.
  • Drinks are not included in the price of the party and are sold separately.
  •  You may bring in food for your event but not beverages.  We have wine, bottled beer, coffee, tea, water, and soda for purchase in the Art Bar.
  • We offer a private link to your booking for your guests. 
  • Deposits are refundable for bookings cancelled  7 days or more before the event.  Reservations cancelled within a week of the private party will be refunded as store credit.  Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will not be refunded nor issued store credit.
  • Our private parties reserve the paint area only and the Art Bar remains open to the public.
